Upper Body Exercises with Whole Body Vibration.

This video shows different exercises that I do with a whole body vibration machine.

Upper body exercises will mainly deal with the pectoralis (chest), deltoids (shoulders) and the triceps located on the back of your arms.

These are basic movements but very effective.
